  • Ron Tayler, General Manager

    Ron Taylor | General Manager

    Ron brings a wealth of knowledge in restaurant management and fine dining to the SΔ’R team. Having achieved great success at Dallas staples like Perry’s Steakhouse and The Capital Grille, Ron is passionate about creating exceptional service standards while adding a personal touch to every experience.

  • Aubrey Murphy | Executive Chef

    Aubrey Murphy | Executive Chef

    Born and raised in DFW, Chef Aubrey discovered his passion for cooking through his grandmother. Trained under culinary legends Dean Fearing and Michelin-starred Chef John Tesar, he honed his skills during several years in Maui.

    Outside of the kitchen, Chef Aubrey is a proud family man with a 4-year-old daughter. When he's not perfecting his craft, you can find him dedicating time to his mixed martial arts training.

    Mike Jackson | Executive Sous Chef

    A Louisiana native and professional butcher, Mike brought his passion for flavor to Dallas. He honed his fine dining skills at Pappas Bros Steakhouse and mastered dry aging programs under Michelin-starred Chef John Tesar at Knife Steakhouse. Renowned for his expert protein knowledge, knife skills, and commitment to excellence, Mike is celebrated as one of Dallas’ top steakhouse culinarians. Outside the kitchen, he enjoys Formula 1, golf, and traveling with his family.

  • Pastry Chef Dylan Marroquin

    Dylan Marroquin | Pastry Chef

    Born and raised in Chicago, IL, Dylan moved to Miami to attend school at Johnson & Wales University and worked under culinarians like Paula DaSilva & Michael Schwartz. His food is heavily influenced by childhood nostalgic flavors. β€œMy mindset, if a kid will eat it, your guests will LOVE it.”

    In Dylan’s free time you can’t find him because he’s always traveling.

    Philip Natale | CSW - Sommelier

    Born into a Finger Lakes, NY restaurant family, Phil has a life-long passion for hospitality. In 2006, he was awarded the Certified Sommelier designation by the Court of Master Sommeliers and a Certified Specialist of Wine title by the Society of Wine Educators. He spent years with Bob’s Steak, Chop House, and Omni Hotels as a General Manager and Wine Director.

    Phil attended the University of Michigan and is an avid Wolverine fan. He loves to spend spare time cooking for his wife and two kids.
